Do not assume that every planter has a drainage hole, includes a saucer or liner, is watertight, or is suitable for direct planting or outdoor use.
Plants, soil, nursery pots, stands, and other styling objects are not included unless expressly stated. Photographs do not establish exact size or compatibility.
Colors may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings. Contact us before purchasing if an important detail is unclear.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights if a product is defective or does not match its description.
Prices and Availability
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Available shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
Prices and availability may change. Changes do not automatically alter an order that has already been accepted.
If a genuine pricing, description, or availability error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. Payment collected for cancelled items will be refunded.
Orders and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery is generally 5–15 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time, and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request an address correction, order change, or cancellation.
Requests are reviewed according to the current order status. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun or the parcel has shipped.
If cancellation is approved, payment collected for the cancelled items will be refunded to the original payment method.
Returns and Refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply.

Place filled planters on stable, level surfaces capable of supporting their total weight. Protect moisture-sensitive furniture and check for leakage or trapped moisture.
Confirm drainage and water-holding suitability before planting or filling. Do not use containers that are cracked, chipped, leaking, or unstable.
